He provides advice on the development and implementation of new competitive strategies aimed at increasing long-term profitability and growth. His specialty is working closely with key leaders, as individuals and as teams, on the management of organizational change. Such work often requires an integrated and disciplined approach to transforming a firm’s structure, culture, management systems and human resources.

Kevin has over twenty years of experience as a senior level organizational consultant with extensive internal and external experience in creating competitive advantage through effective change management of business strategies, organization design, leadership, culture and core processes. He specializes in high-commitment approaches to strategic organizational growth, effective strategy implementation and international/cross cultural development. He has a strong background in strategy, organizational design, project management, leadership and team development. He is also experienced in all aspects of business operations, senior leadership teams, mergers and acquisitions, globalization and new product development.

Kevin’s clients span a wide variety of industries including petrochemicals, telecommunications, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and the non-profit sector. He has authored and presented a number of key articles on organizational performance including:

Previously, he was a Director at Delta Consulting Group and Senior Advisor Worldwide of Organizational Development Exxon Corporation. Kevin holds graduate degree (Ed.D) in Psychology and a dual MS/MBA from the University of Utah in Organizational Effectiveness.
