Over the past 20 years the firm has supported developing and leading organizational efforts, partnering with key organizational leaders and their teams. The firm has focused on organizational diagnosis, organization design, leadership team development and strategic merger management. The firm consistently provides expertise in change management, integrity in working relationships and quantifiable results from change efforts.

Consulting Work

Examples of some of our recent work include:

  • Large systems change
    Globalization of an International Chemicals Organization. Redesign based on an established strategy for the future. Included strategy implementation, culture change, working with several layers of management teams, senior executive support and development of a core change process.
  • Fundamental redesign of international manufacturing based initiatives
    Working with all layers of an organization to implement key change programs and to support each of the key leaders in diverse activities including systems change, team formation and development, working with key teams on critical activities (turnarounds and new projects) and support of multiple plant management team’s and individual leader’s development.
  • Support of leaders in transition and new team formation
    Working with a new executive team, each member with operations responsibility, developed a process and led an offsite focused on strategy development, review of key activities and development of roles and interactions to achieve objectives. We provided individual direct support of a new leader in a new role with an international team with varied cultural backgrounds.
